I've used it with 4 so far. We didn't do all the extras, though I bought them. I was looking for a basic, no-nonsense course that didn't require anything for me. It filled the bill. Don't buy it on tape (don't even know if they sell it that way any more). It's too hard to rewind. I like it on computer much better. If you have a child planning on majoring in Classics, it's not enough, but so far, for a history major and a music major, it's been fine. However, we had to add Spanish in there as the Air Force Academy wouldn't count it!

They wouldn't count Latin or Artes Latinae? What are the essentials that you need with the course?
Thanks,
Marcie

AFA only counts modern languages. We did Spanish Level I of Rosetta and she took a semester of Spanish at the college and called it good. And now she is minoring in Japanese at Navy...
We have Level I & II of AL. We also have Lectiones Primae and Secundae but have really not used them.
