As strange as this may sound....Pork chops slow cooked in a bit of Italian Dressing is quite good! :D

Mine is simple and my family loves it. I use KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce, but you can use whatever kind your family likes. I put some bbq sauce on the bottom of the pot, layer of porkchops, more sauce, etc. Cook on low if it is early in the morning, higher for later in the day. They are juicy and awesome. BTW, I usually get the mixed pack from Sam's for cheaper. They taste great and are easy on the budget.

I'm making this one today:

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup white cooking wine
4-6 pork chops
1 tsp. pepper
green beans
potatoes

Brown pork chops in butter, season with pepper. Mix soup & wine, pour over pork chops in crockpot. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Add green beans and potatoes about two hours before done.
