I have a print I have developed that is helpful for my remedial students:

Most of my students have symptoms of dyslexia caused by sight words, but not actual organic dyslexia. They do better with the UPP font with hyphens.
I have one student who I believe has organic dyslexia as well as sight word induced issues. He does better with the font with no hyphens.
However, for normal print, he does better with hyphens to divide the words into syllables. These syllables are divided based on the same divisions in Webster's speller. Open syllables (those that end with a vowel) are long, closed syllables (ending in a consonant) are short. Open syllables in unaccented syllables of a word often schwa.
Here are some free divided syllable books: reprints for purchase, and free older texts from Google books. I've found that everyone is helped by these divided syllable texts--regular students with no problems, students with sight word induced problems, and students with organic dyslexia.

The book "The Lives of the Presidents" is especially nice because you can print out one President at a time and work on that.
