Has anyone read "Laying Down the Rails"?

I am considering buying this, but I am a cheapskate, er, frugal, and don't want to spend the $$ if it's not good. I am really looking for something CMish to help clarify/solidify the habit formation aspect of her philosophy.
Have you read it? What do you think? Thanks!

I looked at it for 2+yrs online.
I finally bought it at a SCM conference in August.
It's fantastic.
Laid out well, easy to read.
I highly recommend it..
She has taken all 6 books and pulled out every reference to habits and grouped them by importance, according to CM.
