After reading Kelli's thread on the winter blahs (and feeling the blahs myself), I realized it was warmish outside and the ground was fairly dry (for most of the winter we've had either snow & cold or melting, muddy snow so my guys haven't been out back much), and that we're having another snowstorm come in tomorrow. I postponed school and kicked them outside. They tumbled out the door with cheers, looking quite a bit like puppies :D.

Anyway, they've been out for about 30 minutes, and I've witnessed each of them attempt something different on the swingset/fort that wasn't the brightest of ideas. I think they've been thinking of dangerous moves for the past couple of months and they're determined to use them all before I call them back in :eek:.

All this to say--if we end up at the ER, I'll let y'all each chip in $1 to cover the cost. Hope you don't mind :p.

I have a boy, but my girls actually do more daring things on the fort than he does! At least you said the snow was mushy where you are, right? It is rock solid here.:)

LOL. Yeah the other morning I saw my trampoline really close to the house...huh? I thought maybe the wind blew it which has happened in the past well...um my daredevil son thought it would be fun to jump from the roof to the trampoline...:eek: creative isn't he.
