Want a fun Valentine's card idea? I just made some using silhouette cut-outs...

I had wanted to try making silhouette cut-outs of my kiddos for a long time now. The other day, I finally got around to it and made some large ones which I attatched to artist canvases and hung on the wall. My friend gave me the great idea of making smaller ones and glueing to cards for Valentine's day. I know the grandparents are going to love them! They are such a fun keepsake.

Very clever! Sure beats having the little ones sit still while you try and trace their outline from a shadow!! lol

Doesn't it though! I was thinking, "OH! Well duh, that's MUCH easier than trying to get a shadow to show up just right, trying to trace it, etc."
