Computer know-it-alls please help! How do I get an Enhanced cd to open files?

I am trying to open PDF files on my computer from an enhanced cd. The cd itself contains audio tracks, but is also supposed to have printables. When I put the cd in my drive, however, all that comes up are the audio tracks. I know the cd-rom is not defective because one time when I inserted the disk the printables screen came up. I haven't been able to get it work again. What am I doing wrong?

Try to go through the My Computer icon, once you go to that it should bring up all your drives and devices. If you click on your DVD/CD drive from there it should give you a list of all the files on the disc.

I'm assuming you have an IBM type not an apple. . .can't help with the apple.
