I have never sold on Ebay before. I listed an item this morning. I have not received any bids but I received an email from someone who wanted to buy the item. They said they would pay $125 for something I posted for $95. This is an item that they would have to pick up. At first it sounded like it was a good idea but now I noticed that Ebay says that you aren't supposed to do this. Should I?

I would e-mail them and tell them they need to follow the rules through e-bay, your safer that away:)

Yes, this is against eBay rules, and is a common marker for a scam. I'd be very wary. Often people who do stuff like this are paying with fraudulent accounts or will get the item and then put in a Paypal claim against you for their money back.
