Problem trying to upload my "Profile Photo"

OK...I've resized the image to be smaller than 100x100 pixels & 64kb, but when I try to "save changes" after uploading the photo I get the following error message:

vBulletin Message
Upload of file failed.

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!!! TIA!
