How are the Teaching Company algebra DVDs for a review for mom? They are on sale for $49.95 in the new catalog.

I needed more detailed review, but it had been a long time since my hs algebra days. I think that for most people the TC review would do the job. We've used them mostly for SAT/ACT review.

The TC videos are great for conceptual review, but nothing replaces hard work solving problems from a textbook. If you need a review, then I suggest you work through the book you plan to use with your student. (Stinks, huh?)
