His current job has been sucking the life out of him and without going into all of the details this new job was just a gift from God. They actually said "Welcome tot the family" when he accepted the offer yesterday :D So today he turns in his letter of resignation and then we have 2 weeks to pull off the transition. We have to roll over the 401K, change health ins. in the middle of dd's therapy and a huge list of other things but it will be so worth it to have him in a positive environment. I am so excited. I need one of those dancing smilies :) :)

So happy to hear! Dh had a job for about a year that was sucking the life out of him slowly until he found a new one. It made such a difference for him professionally as well as our family life. Very happy for all of you!!!!

A healthy work environment really can improve the quality of life. (Now to get DH to believe this :))
Congrats and hope he likes the next step.

We appreciate what they do - for the home, for the family - to provide for us, but boy-oh-boy does it feel great to be working for a company where your work and input are appreciated, as well! Here's to a fantastic (and SMOOTH) transition for you all!
Congrats!
