Does anyone have any resources they can recommend for our study on Hong Kong?

A couple of Hong Kong books: Music on the Bamboo Radio (a young English boy in Hong Kong during the war) by Martin Booth, and Gweilo, also by Martin Booth (a memoir of growing up in Hong Kong in the fifties and sixties). The latter has a few adult situations, so you might want to pre-read. Both are wonderful, but especially the latter, which Calvin really enjoyed.
