Need help finding a storybook about a cowgirl...help!

How about Annie Oakley?? Little Sure Shot is a step into reading book about her. Check your library...
If all else fails, try Sally Ann Thunder Ann Whirlwind Crockett...a Tall tale about Davy Crocketts wife. Funny!!!

Not sure the *kind* of thing you're looking for, but Armadillo Rodeo (http://www.amazon.com/Armadillo-Rodeo-Jan-Brett/dp/0142401250) is a cute picture book featuring a young cowgirl (though mostly her books and the nearsighted Armadillo who loves them)...
