Looking for lesson plans for A Patriot's History of the US...

Does anyone have it? I looked on the author's main website and could not find anything. I remember there used to be one that offered chapter review questions and writing assignment suggestions. Thanks!

I was just looking at this on the internet in late summer. Trying to save my printer ink and trees, I did not print it out--lesson learned.

Hopefully someone will be able to share the .pdf that used to be part of the link.

Apparently the author has published a new edition of the book; maybe this has something to do with taking down the study guide.
