What are some fun ways to sneak in typing practice?

Especially for early elementary? My older two learned to type via Typing Instructor for Kids, but after they knew how, they quickly got bored with the program. My oldest is using the Calvert Spelling CD's, but I still want him to handwrite his compositions at this stage. I'm really looking for suggestions for my 1st/2nd grader?
