anyone use the KBC Election lapbook? My dd11 loves this lapbook stuff. They have a K-5th lapbook and a 6th-12th lapbook which is more in depth. Dd11 is in 6th, the rest of my ds who would appreciate it are ds8 and ds9. Should I wait on ds8 and ds9 and just have them listen in and have ds11 do the actual book? I really don't want to buy 2 separate lapbooks. KWIM? OR would she get enough out of the K-5th book? Frankly...I'm so disgusted w/ the choices this time around (JMHO...please no debates on this! LOL!) that I don't even want to spend time on it, but I feel dd11 should have some clue as to what's going on.

I haven't seen the lapbook so I can't comment on the content. But since you want to purchase only 1 (and it is understandably so), I would go with the older one and just have them gleam from what you are doing with the oldest. Who knows, they might even be able to do some of the lapbooking booklets along with the older sibling. :)

PS: Live and Learn (http://liveandlearnpress.com/viewItems.php?category=19)also has lapbooks on elections as well. I know it says 2004, but there is a lot of folks doing this lapbook and discussing it on the live and learn yahoo (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LiveAndLearnPress/)group site. You can check there for more information on the lapbook.
