yesterday. My son started school this year, he is in 5th grade but is in a special 4th/5th combined classroom for special ed. kids. Well we had a meeting yesterday with the school social worker. She said that everyone just loves ds, he is the most friendly and social guy. He has the knack to make whoever he is talking to feel as if that person is the most important person in the world. He makes friends everywhere we go. The social worker said that ds in just the month since school started already knows all of the kids and students in the school (we live in a small town and the last month whenever we go for ex. to the grocery store, kids from school come running up to my son). The social woker also said that ds goes into visit the secretaries every day just to say hi and see how they are doing and they call him Mr. Sunshine. Of course, she was not telling us anything we have not known for the last 11 years but it was still nice to hear.
We also found out from talking to the social worker that she is a strong Christian and does lots of missions work which was very nice to her.
