I have been in limbo about science for my 9th grader as we were in the process of relocating across country when the "school year" began. Now somewhat settled and learning our new area I am tackling this science thing again.

I was wondering if anyone has any input or suggestions. Science is not my best or favorit subject. Because we have just relocated in a new state, finding a coop where she can take Science is a little late now. I need to find a Science kit, book, resource that is fairly inexpensive that she can do. Any ideas? Has anyone every tried Merit Badge books for Science? :confused:

Any of the apologia books are a good choice. They are inexpensive and you can find them used on the boards here, plus they can be done independently.
