No runners' thread today?

I have 2 more PT treatments this week (Tuesday & Thursday at 3:30), and then....

I'LL BE RUNNING AGAIN!!!!!!!! WOOOHOOOOO!!!!!

The doc needs to clear me for it, so I probably won't start until next week, but I may just have to go out on Friday, just for fun :D

So, how did everyone else do today???? :lurk5:

I am running in the morning. Gotta get up at 5:30, so I really should be heading to bed.

I'm back to walking 40 minutes a day.

my body didn't agree. I ran for 10 minutes and then I walked the rest (another 20).

I shouldn't have stayed up watching football last night. The Eagles didn't even win. :glare:
