Peter and the Starcatchers is a wonderful read aloud

for kids of various ages. My 5, 6, and 10 year old (2 boys, 1 girl) are all begging for more. And, it is so creative that it provides us great discussions about how we can alter and create new stories from classics.

I'm sure most of you have read it, or your children have, but this is a new family favorite here and I think we'll read all of them aloud :D:D

I didn't like it as well as I thought I would, but the second book was a lot better. I can't wait to read the third one. I have yet to read Peter Pan aloud to my girls, but maybe we need to do that soon - it would be a nice change from Little House. :)

I also read Peter Pan in Scarlet by Geraldine McCaughrean, and it was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Oh, since we love the first, I'm hoping the second will really knock our socks off! My kids haven't been this enthralled, together, in a long, long time! And, I'll definitely check out your rec!
