I made a caramel mousse with toffee chips mixed in. It's really light and creamy, but the toffee chips add a tiny hint of crunch and sweetness.
I would call it something like Caramel Mousse Crunch, but when I taste the dessert there's just a hint of a coffee-flavored overtone. I think I need to include that in the name of the dessert.
What would you name it?
