A local coffe shop has the best dessert they call Ooey Gooey chocolate bars. The bottom is chocolate the top is vanilla/butter. Each layer is not as dense as a brownie but not as airy as cake. The 2 together are very moist and resemble a brownie. My fingers are just a tad buttery when done eating it. Boy are they good!! Any ideas???
