Did anyone watch "Bones" last night? (possible spoilers)

YES! I'm thinkin' he'll be back permanently by the end of the season. What with his anti-confession to Sweets?! I mean, did any of us think that Zac really could've stabbed someone? C'mon. That was what I called an implausible plot development when I mentioned Bones in an earlier thread. Persuaded by the flawed logic of the nutty cannibal guy? OK, perhaps. Killed a guy with a knife? Uh, no. Sorry. Not buyin' it.

I also think this is why the schtick so far this season has been the revolving intern--a new one each week, with no one sticking around. Zac's back, baby!

My DH laughed out loud at Booth's comment at the end: "That's like me saying I don't want to be a sexy FBI agent. We can't change who we are." Bwahahahaha! And then the priceless, "When I fix things, I feel like I am one with the universe." So good. And so true!

Yes, I hope he comes back. It seems implausible that they would rehire him however.

The intern a week has a Murphy Brown feel to it. :glare:

It seems like the writers were looking for someone to off and Zach's character won the toss. It was just as likely to be someone else. I read an interview with the actor and even he was surprised by being written out of the show.

Interesting dynamic that is for sure.
