See it here. (http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Candida-Yeast-Guidebook-Revised/dp/0761527400/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1222127561&sr=8-3) If you have been looking for complete but not-too-nutty book on Candida this might be your book.

I am on day two of the suggested program, and the recipes are so very very yummy that dh and I agree we'll use them long after our diet is over!

I am not kidding. The (six) recipes that I have made are stunningly delicious. The recipe section is large enough that I can cook solely from it, until i get the hang of modifying my own recipes.

Though it does not have a totally laid out program (meaning be prepared for a little head scratching much like figuring out curriculum!) the guidelines are fairly easy to maintain. So far. I will let you know if that changes!

Thank you!!! I will pick this up. I have been the nutty route. I have gotten rid of my problem. (supposedly) Now I have thrush that will not go away. I am on Nystatin and my tongue is still hairy. How long should it take for this stuff to work?

It sounds like Nystatin is a good choice for most folks, though this book says you can speed it's course by alternating natural methods at the same time (It also says that dietary changes increase the chances of healing). For example, do one round of lemon juice, one round of garlic, one round of acidophilus etc. while still on the Nystatin. I think it takes a while to clear it up regardless of your treatment choice. I am trying to go natural, mostly because i reeeeeeally dislike going to the doctor ;).
