I am happy with the program and plan to continue through the levels but I would eventually like to add another component to it. At what level of LfC would my child need to be to start Ecce Romani or Lingua Latina? Also, do you have any advice for how to eventually transition into "reading (thinking) in Latin" versus Latin always just being an exercise in translation?
Thanks,
Carolyn

I do not have any experience with Ecce Romani. However, Lingua Latina will certainly help your child make that jump to reading/thinking in Latin! You can start it at any time.

When you get to LFC-D your children will read more Latin, in the mean time I have enjoyed using the out of print book Latin Book One which can be found at Bookfinder (http://www.bookfinder.com) or you can join the Latin Book One Yahoo group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Latin_1/) and print off the book yourself.
