I would say to start with one before you do more (if you should do more). I actually tried some and was having a reflux like reaction to them. I am glad I only did one! Unlikely you will experience anything weird like that, but I felt I should at least mention the possibility just in case.
Then if one works ok and you should move up to 2, it would be fine.

did that make any sense:confused:

No advice on the number of them to take, but if you keep them in your freezer you won't have the reflux problem.

Thanks! I will freeze them and start with 1. Can't hurt to be safe :D

Hi Jean,

I take two of the Natural Factors RxOmega-3 factors each day; one with breakfast and one with dinner.

What are you taking them for?

For brain stuff you want 1000mg of EPA. Most capsules have 180mg of EPA per capsule (some less) so you would want about 6 per day. I would though SLOWLY work up to that.

Nordic Naturals and Omega Brites are a lot more concentrated so you need a lot less of them to get the same amount.

For general health though you might not need this many.

Hi Jean,

I take two of the Natural Factors RxOmega-3 factors each day; one with breakfast and one with dinner.

That's exactly what I do -- same brand, too.

I don't get fish burps with this brand, either. I did with store brands, though.

I have cut my triglycerides in half by taking two a day!:D
