Anyone tried this? I've been doing Eat to Live for multiple sclerosis. My neuro thinks I need more low sat. fat meats (chicken breast & fish). I think this diet sounds great. I perused it in the hospital gift shop today after my doc appt. It has inspiring photos of success stories and meal ideas. She even wrote a cookbook for kids & families.

I have never successfully lifted free weights and she has a book about that also. It looks great for a beginner.

I may invest in several of her books, but I wanted to check and see if anyone here has them?

Is it similar to The Maker's Diet (http://www.makersdiet.com/publicsite/funnel/index.aspx)?

Our diet is a combination of Maker's & Nourishing Traditions. When I am eating well, that is.

I like Tosca Reno. I used to get Oxygen magazine and I agree with most of her fitness and nutrition advice.

Did you look at the reviews at Amazon?

It looks like the same program as Body for Life, Abs Diet, 3-Hour Diet, which are all good plans. She mentions eating 6 smaller meals a day, combining protein with carb, and eating natural foods. Sounds good to me!
