I'm looking into dental insurance for our family and the employees, but I figured someone here might be able to steer me in the right direction. TIA

When I've looked into dental insurance in the past, I've found that the cost vs. coverage benefit is terrible. In other words, most years I would be paying more in premiums than I would recoup in actual benefit. :glare:

If you find out differently, please post!!!

Agree, dental insurance is not worth it unless you are getting it through your employer.

We haven't had an employer in FL offer dental insurance yet (we have had 3), they all agree - it wasn't worth it.

We did have it in CA for our employees, but we had been with that company for so long it was worth it. We could not have replaced that policy though with a new one - our agent tried when we switched to a new "group" (group of companies), they couldn't match our dental.

Good luck!

I recommend a savings account. Maybe a Health Savings Account can cover dental- I never looked into it.
