Me, again, just popping in for a sec.

Question for you exercise people - I've been working on losing weight and toning up. I can contract my abdominal muscles and when I feel through the fat, I can feel them. Everywhere that is except for a section about 3 inches wide and five inches high just above my bellybutton. Could it be that my abdominal muscles "divorced" a few babies ago and now refuse to get back together? Any suggestions for getting them to kiss and make up?

I read this as "abominable" muscles. Could explain part of my problem. :o

lately and found that aple cider vinegar helps with losing belly fat. I'm going to give it a try and hope it helps.

Have you tried laying flat on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor and then trying to push your spine so there is no space between your lower back and the floor? You should feel the lower half muscles contract. This is an easy exercise to start with for people who have weak stomach muscles. Denise Austin wrote an ab/body exercise book. I started with her because she always referred to the problem spots women have after having kids.:)
