I bought a bit and need some recipes that include what to do with leftover LB.
thanks
First I would marinade it.
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tbs soy
4 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
2 tbs brown sugar.
Wisk together well and coat both sides. Place it back in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Bake it like you normally would or broil it. I will actually cook mine on the grill.
Great sliced up for leftovers on steak salad.
Another way I fix it is take a cup of coffee, 2 tsp of steak seasoning or pepper and garlic. Marinade then bake.

I hate using my broiler because I've started a kitchen fire before with it. What temp. should I set my oven at?
I've done that one too.....I stand guard but my new stove has a low temp broiler option that is great.
375-400?
Keep it covered for the first bit of time then uncover the last 30 minutes so it can brown.
Or you can always sear the meat before baking. I've done that also. I like the outside nice and brown and the inside about a medium rare.
