Geography Activity -- cutting out a circle on a map...

Somewhere in my head, I remember a geography activity where you cut a circle out of the center of a piece of paper, and you place the opening over a map... then the child does something with figuring out where in the world they are looking...

Does anyone know, from this fuzzy description, what I'm thinking of? I remember thinking it would be fun, but I can't remember anything else about this!
