I have frozen blueberries in the freezer and I'm so hungry for blueberry muffins! Can you please share your favorite muffin recipe with me? Thanks! :D

The Joy of Cooking has my all-time favorite muffin recipe. I can't post it here (copyright), but maybe you have a copy in the house?
Mmmm...blueberry muffins.

I have one on my recipe blog...

Blueberry Muffins
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup unbleached flour
2 Tbsp grated lemon rind
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 egg, sightly beaten
1 1/2 - 2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen will do, though, you simply can’t beat fresh!)
Preheat oven to 400*F and prepare muffin tin.
Combine flours, lemon rind, baking powder, soda and salt in large bowl. Make well in center.
Beat together milk, sugars, butter and egg in medium bowl. Add all at once to well in dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened.
Fold in blueberries. Do not overmix.
Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400*F for 18-20 minutes.

Thank you both...
Hmm, no lemon rind here tonight though...
