Help! I thought there was a way

to stick foam packaging peanuts together with water?? Am i wrong because its not working?

I think it depends on the kind of peanuts. Some are water soluble, some are not, and some are made specifically to be used as a children's toy. I think it is the latter kind that stick to each other with water. The plastic ones won't, and the biodegradable ones probably dissolve rather than stick together.

The cornstarch ones stick together with water. Styrofoam doesn't. But those stick with static electricity pretty dang well. Sheesh.

This is correct. The cornstarch ones are biodegradable. It's much more frugal to use ones that come in packaging, lol, but the bought ones are prettier (one of mine was given a set once.)
