Oh, I understand. I've been cracking into the cooking chocolate lately in times of desperation. Even worse, dh had a stash of chocolate coins he was using for gaming props, over a year ago, and I've been gradually working my way through them in times of *severe* desperation when there isn't even cooking chocolate in the house. They're so old they've gone white. Gross huh?
