Qualifying for EPGY Math

Does anyone know what the testing criteria (what percentile) to qualify for EPGY are? For example, my 4th grader's CAT-5 scores were 99th percentile for math concepts and 96th percentile for math computation. Would that qualify him?

Also if you are only interested in the math course, does the language, spelling, science, etc scores count in admission?

If memory serves, you simply need to fill out a one-page application and fax it and your CAT scores to the fax number below. Your son's score will qualify him for math and science courses through EPGY; humanities courses require scores at or above the 95th percentile (I believe) in the verbal components of the CAT. The EPGY admissions lady is very helpful on the phone. You can simply call her direct at the extension below. I'm sure she'll be happy to answer your questions.
