If you hover your cursor over someone's rep squares, a little message will show up depending on the number of squares.

For example, if someone has one green square and you put your cursor over that square (without clicking), it will say, "__________ will be famous soon enough."

Someone with many squares may have a message that says, "_____________ is a splendid one to behold."

I just recently made that discovery too! I posted it on the "repiquete" thread that got moved to the test forum. My fav is SWB is trustworthy beyond question.
