How do you get those pictures on your posts?

I uploaded a picture and it's in my user profile, but for some reason, it's not in my posts. What am I doing wrong? Am I a moron????

You need to upload an avatar. It has to be a certain size, so you may need to resize your profile picture.

User CP in the top left hand corner and click on avatar picture. Then you should be able to load it. I can get the avatar to load but not the profile pic.
