Are they ok. My ds is just getting into chapter books, so I'm trying to find some that might interest him.

My ds7 likes them. He's read half a dozen or so. He zips through them.

I pre-read one, and skimmed another one, and don't remember anything objectionable in them (and I tend toward the conservative side). As I recall they are at about a 3rd grade reading level.
