I had the most ridiculous day I've had in a long time today. Dh and my kids went to bed laughing about it and I thought some of you might enjoy it.

I'm not entirely certain the purple bra is what pushed this over the edge... LOL

Hey, I think it is good you were wearing a purple bra. Instead of an old, grey (once white) bra, that really needed to be thrown out. A long time ago. And think of how many people you made happy today. (isn't that a good thing? ;) ).

Oy, Amy! I'm so sorry - If I could only - stop- laughing! Hey, at least you were wearing a bra. Think how bad it *could* have been! :D
That must be some storm. I used to live in Melbourne when I got out of college. Two feet of rain in the past 24 hours? I can't even imagine.

Dana, it's the most bizarre storm I've seen in 20+ years. It's not even a hurricane, but it is SO SLOW. It is just sitting here dumping rain. Weird.

When I was in college, sometime around 1982 or so, in Tampa, we had a hurricane that did this. It hung out in the gulf moving a few degrees this way and that. I was evacuated and had to hang out at my parents' house for days. USF was closed, it was over Labor day week I remember. The weird thing was that it never did hit land, but most of Tampa got badly flooded.

:rotfl: Thank you for the laugh this morning Amy! Whew! I'm sorry, that must have been very embarrassing but a great lesson in why you should tuck in your shirt. You had me picturing Clinton and Stacy watching the 'hidden video' in complete horror going 'tsk, tsk, that shirt is obviously too big for her'

Thanks for sacrificing your dignity to share that story with us! I love people who can see the humor in their own embarrassing moments!

Oh, Amy, that was hilarious! If it helps at all, I'll hate Tropical Storm Fay with you. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/angry031.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org)
Bad Tropical Storm Fay!! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/violent069.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org)
p.s. I have a purple bra. It is very dignified, and I never show it to total strangers at the airport.
