SOTW 4 and VP cards...anyone have a list combining them

We've been homeschooling for 8 years and used both VP cards, SOTW and TOG.

I want the ease of SOTW with the framework of the VP cards for my last 3 kids.

Have you tried posting on the VP Elementary Yahoo Group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VP_Elementary/)? I know they have schedules for VP correlated w/SOTW in the group's History file, but I don't know if they have one for SOTW 4.
