I have not made these yet,
Pumkin cheese ball(in name only because you shape it into a pumpkin)
18oz crm cheese, softened
1 8oz cartone spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
2tsp paprika
1/2tsp cayenne pepper
1celetry rib or broccoli stalk(for stem)

beat crm cheeses until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, paprika and cayenne. Shape into a ball; wrap inplastic. Refrigerate until firm
With a knife, add vertical lines to the cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin; insert celery or broccoli stalk for the stem serve with apples and crackers.

Orange fudge
1tsp butter
2 cups (12oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk, divided
8 ounces white chocolate candy coating
1/4 tsp orange extract
2 to 4 drops orange paste food coloring

1. Line 8" square pan with foila nd butter foil, set aside
2. microwave, chocolate chips and 1 c milk on high for 30 seconds; stir. Repeat until mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pan and chill for 10minutes
3. Meanwhile, melt candy coating and remaining milk in microwave safe bowl. Stir in extract and food coloring and spread over chocolate layer.
chill.
