Northwestern Christian Bookstore has a curriculum area. I think only in Eden Prairie and Maple Grove though.

I'm not aware of any others, but I'm pretty new here myself.

I know there is one in the cities, but I can't come up with the name right now. I will post if I figure it out.

There is Heppner's Legacy in Elk River. Here is a link to their web-site: http://legacyhomeschool.com/mnstore.php

ETA: I found the one I was thinking of. Here is a link to their web-site: http://www.bywayofthefamily.com/

I don't know whether you are looking for younger-age books or high school level, but we have found Half-Price Books in Minneapolis to be quite helpful. That's where we bought our Great Books set. FWIW, we went to the Half-Price Books in St. Louis Park.

By Way of the Family has closed its store in St. Paul. Half Price Books has a very nice store located at Ford Parkway and Cretin Ave. in St. Paul, as well as other locations around the Twin Cities. There is also the ABC Zone (952) 948-0108. It's address is listed as 8098 Morgan Cir S, Minneapolis, MN 55431, but it is really in the suburb of Bloomington.
