Leftover meatloaf: use in veg. soup or not?

It seems like it would be a good idea to use this leftover meat loaf in some vegetable soup, but would it be? :confused:

I've done this before and it was delicious!

I just chunked up the meatloaf and added it to some homemade vegetable soup. SO much better than regular hamburger! My husband is not much of a soup eater but even he liked this!

Of course, some of it would depend on the seasoning and whether or not it would "work" with the other flavors. However, I use leftover meat loaf in other dishes nearly every time I make it. It helps me to be sure to have no "waste." Plus, it makes one more meal that much easier. I say crumble it up, add it in, and go for it!
