Where to get something machine embroidered?

If I can't find a lady in our church who has a sewing machine that can embroider letters (a name/phrase)...does anyone know if JoAnn's or quilt shops offer that service? Anywhere else?

My dd takes sewing lessons at a Bernina dealership and the owner of that store would do that sort of thing. If you weren't so far, I'd do it for you. I have an embroidery machine.

But, I'd check with some independent machine store owners. If one of them can't do it, they'd know someone who could.
