help me figure out why? Last week I posted about the copperhead in my garage. My neighbor and the animal control guy pulled the washer and dryer out from the wall to get a better look. When they put them back they didn't get them in the exact same spots. The dryer is right next to the upright freezer.
I didn't go out to the freezer for anything for a few days (still afraid of seeing that snake) so I didn't notice that the door was being hindered somewhat from being shut completely by the dryer. My two older sons had been retrieving things for me and didn't notice the frost building up around the door. Well, once I discovered it, I dh pushed the dryer over a bit more to allow the door to shut better. I thought that would fix the frost problem, but it hasn't gotten any better.
When I google "frost on a frost-free freezer" all I get is links for new freezers:glare:. Not sure how to get past that.
Anyone here got any ideas on what the problem could be? Oh, and the freezer is about 17 years old and is your basic 20 cubic foot Sears Kenmore, no bells nor whistles freezer.
