I track my calories & activities daily, but I don't go to the WTM spark group often. I need to get back into the group.

How do I find this group. I have been doing weight watchers on/off for about a year. I have lost over 30 pounds total but still need to loose about 30, and could use some extra motivation!:)

The wtm one is by invitation only, I think. I have a group that's public--the homeschool swamp, if you want to join there. I haven't had computer access for a few days, but we're getting going again there, too.
