My dd turned 10 yesterday!

We had a great day. I took her to a local diner for breakfast (pancakes the size of dinner plates! She could only eat half of one!). Then, I had to do some office work for the chiro I work for, so she went with me to do that and he hired her to do some cleaning, so she earned some $$ for that. Then, we came home and her older brother offered to make cookies with her. She enjoyed that immensely (he's 20 and hardly home, so she loved the time with him). After that, we picked up the two kids from school that I help out with, took them to their parent's office and she went to 4H, then we met her father and brother for dinner at Longhorn Steak house. It was quite the day and she was exhausted at the end of it.

2008 is proving that I'm old. First gray hair, now my youngest is in the double digits. LOL

What a nice birthday for her! They grow so quickly don't they! I look at my 10 year old and I can still remember when he was a tiny infant and would curl up right under my chin. Now he is almost up to my shoulder!
