My baby's changing table pad and diaper pail are sitting in the garage, ready to leave here. Wow. I've been changing diapers for six years. Where has the time gone? And now I have changed my son's last diaper.... What am I feeling? What are these strange emotions? Let me see if I can analyze them:
WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah. That about covers it, I think.

After 9.5 years of pregnancy, and/or bre*stfeeding, when that final diaper was done, I had a party ~ seriously.
:cheers2:

Congratulations!!!
My dd 2 decided two days ago that she'd rather wear underwear than diapers. She's had ONE accident!! I think I may have changed my last diaper too! Woohoo is RIGHT!!!! Let's have a joint party!

You mean that the diapers end someday?!
I never even thought of that...

 That is funny! My 2 year old will be potty training one of these days and then I will have none in diapers for the first time in 10 years! Woohoo!

I'll tell ya though, I took down ds's crib this last weekend. It had broken, so we went ahead and got him a big boy bed. I sobbed. All of my babies have slept in that crib! He's still in diapers (occasionally, when he's not strippping for the world) but he's just so big all of the sudden.
Seriously, I sobbed.

Yes, the crib was kinda hard for me, too. I was sad to let the crib go. We've still got it propped against the wall in pieces in the basement. The crib was a tough one....
The diaper pail? Not so much. ;)
