I purchased our Bastien Piano books back in 2004 from Allegro Music Online. I didn't have any problems with the transaction or shipping. Here is the website: http://www.allegromusiconline.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?
It's been awhile though. At the time, they had the best prices, but I'm not sure if that's still true. HTH!
I have placed a couple orders with Prima Music for the piano books my kids' teacher is using (and I searched for Bastien and it looks like they have them). They offer a 10% discount right away (it goes up the more you order) and are offering free shipping. I found them after ordering a couple of the books I needed at Amazon and having them then go out of stock. Prima had the books and has shipped each of my orders really quickly, too.

Probably not the cheapest source, but the Sonlight catalog has them too, and if you were going to place an order anyway, it may be convenient. Looks like Rainbow Resource has them too and they are often the cheapest source for other items, so that's worth checking out.
