I have this. Mine is published in 2006, so it's a little different from the one they currently sell. The main difference, I think, is the spine. I didn't plan to use that particular spine, anyway, though. I had planned to schedule another one. It didn't seem hard to do at all, it's pretty flexible, imo.
So you can use the 2006 scheduled spine or another of your choice.

The IG is in very good condition and contains all the playing card pages, which are unused. It also contains the "Working on my own" pages for older, more independent students. There are just a few pencils marks, which I erased.

I am asking $15.00ppd. If you think the price can be better, please make an offer!
